Add Copies (Textbook Manager)

The Add Textbook Copies, Add Teacher's Edition Copies and Add Resource Kit Copies pages let you create multiple copies, and add information about them.

Note: If you are adding copies for a Resource Kit with components, make sure that you have first defined each component and its quantities from the Resource Kit Title Details page.

  1. Select Catalog > Add Textbook. The Check/Set Sources page appears.

  2. If you are a district textbooks manager, select the Site Type and Site Name of the school that is to own the copies.
  3. Make selections for your search, and then click Go.
  4. From Search Results, click Details next to the title that will have multiple copies.
  5. Either:
    • On the Supplement Details sub-tab, click Add Copies.
    • On the Copies sub-tab, click Add Copies.
