Manage My Favorites

My Favorites lets you view a list of the saved reports you designate as your favorites. These are reports that you want to run repeatedly without having to set them up each time. Other users with permission to run reports can also run your Saved Reports.

As a district textbooks, resources, or library manager, you may have favorite district revisions as well as any site-specific versions.

Reports that can be Favorites

You can save any of these reports as a favorite:

• All Report Builder reports

To work with My Favorite reports

In My Favorites, you can view the name of each favorite report, who created it, and the time it was last run. Click the link under Last Run to view the results from that time.

• Run: Click Run to run the report. Each time you run the report, the results reflect the current contents of your collection. When you run a favorite report with a date limiter, Destiny displays the saved date and reminds you to change it.
• Delete: Click the red X to remove the report from your list. When you remove a favorite, previously generated reports from your Favorites are not deleted from the Report Manager.

You may view reports that were created with the Report Builder by the district manager and sent to your school. These reports are designated with a red hous icon. You can run these reports, but you cannot edit them.
