Checkout Summary (Textbook Manager)
important If you have the right district access level permission you can generate a report by the alternate site type.

What information does the report contain?
Important: Textbooks checked out by ISBN appear on this report. |
A report for a single school lists the following information:
- Class Name and ID
- Section
- The number of enrolled students
- Each assigned textbook title
- Number of students with that textbook
- Number of students without that textbook
- A list of the names and barcode numbers of students without that textbook (if selected)
A report for All Sites lists the following information:
- School name
- The number of enrolled students at the school
- The number of enrolled students missing at least one textbook, and its percentage of the total enrolled students.
- The total number of enrolled students at all schools
- The total number of enrolled students missing at least one textbook at all schools.
note If the district is using Textbook Groups the report accommodates them. There are no changes to the Textbook Checkout Summary when generated for a district, site type, or alternate site type.
How is the report sorted?
An All Sites report lists the schools in alphabetical order.
A report for a single school is also in alphabetical order.
For each school are its classes, then its sections, then its textbook titles, and finally, the student names (if included).
