Force Change if Password Matches Customer Number
Destiny checks Destiny Administrator and district-level passwords. To improve security, if passwords match a user's district customer number, Destiny requires a password change.
To change a password that matches the district customer number:
- Log in as a Destiny Administrator or district-level user.
- Enter your User Name.
- Enter your Password. If your current password matches your district customer number, a message prompts you to change it.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password.
- In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again.
Note: Follow general best practices, like using a unique user name and strong password.
- Click Log In.
You can also reset your password if you forget it.
