Collection statistics report (Summary)
Important: This report might be limited to being run in off-peak hours.
The different views of this report include:
- Circulation Gives an overall look at your collection statistics using a Dewey range. Circulations for today, this month, this year, and total are displayed by Dewey range. You can drill in to each Dewey range to get more detailed information. This report can also be customized.
- Age Gives an overall age of your collection by Dewey range for copies that have dates within their record. Gives average age of a Dewey range. You can drill into each Dewey range to get more information that is detailed.
- Value Gives an overall value of your collection by Dewey range for copies that have prices within their record. The report shows actual value for those copies with prices and creates an estimated value based on an average price for those copies without price information.
- Batch Gives the district user the option to schedule the report to run at off-peak times.See District Collection Statistics by Library Report (Batch tab).
Region Format support
To select a different Region Format
Region format includes currency, date (dd/mm/yyyy), and time. Examples include United States Dollar (USD) and English (United Kingdom).
- Log in as DestinyAdmin.
- Select Setup > Sites.
- Find your district, and then click
. The Update District Sites page appears. - Use the Region Format drop-down to select the applicable format.
After you perform these steps, the currency symbol of the selected region appears.
