Getting Started as a Super Administrator - Consortium
A Destiny consortium installation lets you to install and manage multiple Destiny members, which can be either districts or individual sites, from a single point. Each member of a consortium is completely autonomous; for example, one district cannot interact with another district. The only point of contact between members is through the Super Administrator. Within a member (or district), the sites share materials, records and patron records and can exploit the inter-site functionalities, such as borrowing or transferring materials, and transferring patrons. Also, the member administration can generate high-level reports for the member.
